Mill Valley Project

This was a single-family, two bed and bath. This home was built in 1951. It was 1,056 square feet. We added a 2nd story with 1,378 square feet to the home; now, it has five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, totaling 2,434 square feet. We remodeled the entire house. We also did foundation, framing, siding, electrical, roofing, tile, hardwood floors, trim, and baseboards.


We also built a new 565 square foot ADU in the backyard.

Hilldale Project in San Anselmo

This is a 737-square-foot addition to the existing one-story house (412 square feet on the main level and 325 square feet at grade/partial basement). Interior renovations include a kitchen renovation, new appliances, an island, electrical, and lighting. Four existing windows and doors in the kitchen/Family area were removed and replaced with new windows, sliding doors to the exterior, a new deck, and a garage door relocation.

Hyde Road Project in Sonoma

The project consists of a 1,685 square foot residential addition and remodel for a total of 3,390 square feet of habitable floor area. The project includes the following:

1. The addition includes a master suite, playroom, powder room, garage structure, mudroom, and bedroom. Also, three outdoor decks covered, bathrooms, bedrooms, foyer, and hallway. All windows and doors.

2. The remodel includes: the kitchen, dining room, living room all being replaced.

3. The existing asphalt shingle roof and framing are removed and replaced with a new standing seam metal roof and new framing.

4. The furnace, air conditioner, and water heater are replaced with new high-efficiency equipment.
